Heyya!

I'll tell you about my weekend a little bit, in case you wanna read hehe

Ok, it was saturday (3rd) night, a friend's birthday was on the 4th, so a few friends and me gathered in someone's house to drink a little bit before going to the pub... it was like 1am when we decided to go, so we were like "HEY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAN!" and meh, spent some good ammount of time there, still drinking, talking, dancing and stuff
It was like 6am, the place was closing so we went out lol, ate a choripan (It's this in case you're interested lol: [link] ) and then left with one of the guys, he searched for some old clothes, then went to my place with him, i did the same, and then went to one of the other guy's place (and this guy was drunk lol.. pretty funny xD) and stayed there till 8am.
At 8am another guy picked up us and we went to "Unquillo" (A place like at 40km from where i live) to play PAINTBALL!! (As you probably realized, we didn't sleep xD) It was so damn cool haha, and i never got myself killed, and played so friggin well, some guys that actually have a team (they have their own equipment, guns, etc... looks like playing Counter Strike lol) invited me to play some time.. and maybe join I was really happy haha

Then monday came, woke up early again cause they're painting my house... and now they apparently have to do something to this room, so i wont have internet for like 4 days :S... that's hell for me haha... but i hope it'll give me some time to catch up with college xD

Happy Birthday to me! haha ^^

Turning 18 today (March 16th) xD

I didn't have the best day before my birthday though... in fact, a horrible one xD

1- My webiste isn't ready! I thought i'd have it all set for today, but no... you'll have to wait a bit more until you can see my personal portfolio site!

2- I spent some time with my friends in this mall.. and there's a skiing place (small), but ice skating is cool ... So everything was perfect, UNTIL a little guy crashed on me, and made me fall, and then another guy passed right on top of my left hand middle finger... thank god the skates aren't sharp, otherwise i'd have no more figer hehe, only got a big cut :S

3- There was a friggin day light save time (or whatever), so we had 1 hour less than normal during the past 3 months (so instead of being 11 it'd be 10 for example)... and today the had to change it back!!, so at 12am, right on my birthday we were back 1 hour and it was saturday again!... i hate this country haha xD

And many more things happened
But also good things!

So i hope tomorrow it'll be a great day

Completely offtopic, but tomorrow (monday) i find out if i entered to college or not! (Graphic and publicitary design)... i hope i did xD

Hello people ^^

This really short journal is to tell you that my girlfriend and i have been together for 6 months today (12th) ^^

I have just told her everything that my heart reazoned (if that's possible), so i can't say everything here again, i just can't because it came right out of my heart in that moment.

The only thing i can tell you, is that what i feel for her, it's impossible to describe.
She brings joy to my days when i'm sad, she has this tender touch that brings happiness to my life every single day, whenever i'm scared she's right there for me...

She's the best person the whole world could ever see.

Hello people!
Long time no see! hehe

I've been on vacations for the last 22 days, and i'm dead tired right now! (ironic huh?)... but that's because i had a 20 hours trip in car to come back hehe.

The first 10 days i spend them with my friends in Bariloche. As you know, i finished my 12 years of highschool at the end of 2007, so we all went to that place... partying all nights... as long as i can remember i 'almost' got drunk twice... the rest i can't remember xD hahaha. We made lots of cool stuff there, like a Night 4x4 trip, a trip to a forest unique in the world, with only 1 type of tree: "Arrayan", we did Paintball (I friggin kicked ass there, i couldn't believe it xD) and of course a lot of more things ... but mainly dancinf every single night

Then my parents picked me up, and we went near that place to "San Martin de los Andes" and also to "Villa La Angostura"... we did a lot of stuff there too hehe... i just don't feel like talking about everything right now sorry xD

Before i forget, i'd love to tell you all:

But more important, i'd like to say Thanks, because without you people, i'd be nothing. I have made very good friends here, that have helped me every time i needed, that have been there when i was sad... you were there to cheer me up... but most of all i'd like to say thanks to my lovely girlfriend, because without her i'd have a hole where my heart is, she is the one who fills me up, who is right next to me in the worst and best moments of my life... honey, you complete me.

Hey people

How are you?? hehe, as for me, i'm very very happy ^^

Today i got my diploma... i finished highschool!
Finally 12 years of school are gone... well, i still have to take 2 subjects, but no more classes anyway

Now college will come, and i'll study Graphic Design if you were wondering hehe.

I think that next friday i get the pics of today (and next thursday), that is like the prom or somethin'.

Not all kind/styles of art are appreciated, don't you think?

Not long ago, a friend of mine said:

"Seems to be that all the attention goes for the anime artist, I'm saying this because of what I see in forums, people who post their anime drawings in the thumbshare forum gets like 1000 replies per day easily and myself, for the other side, 1 per day if a miracle happens and most of them by people that seems to look at my pics just for pity... the same happens in the welcome forum and not just to artist like me; writers don't get the attention they deserve neither, just put in your message "I'm looking for anime friends" or something like that and you see an avalanche of replies coming, its depressing. I don't think my pics are that bad... in moments like this, I'm happy to have you guys, you are the only ones that look at my gallery and post comments and fav my stuff...no one else does

And i have to agree with her... it's true that anime gets a lot of attention from at least i'd say 60% of the people here.
For example, about 2 days ago i reuploaded my anime pictures... i had almost 100 messages right after i finished...

The point here is that there are many styles that aren't appreciated such as Literature, Sculpture, Fractals, and a LOT more... i just don't it's good to bother you listing lots of styles so i just mention a few...

I think... what we all should do is of course, check the art we like... but give a chance to the ones we don't see often.
For example, not long ago i started reading a novel here in dA (and trust me, i'm not the 'reader' kind of guy) and it amazed me! i loved it so much i just couldn't stop, now i'm waiting anxiously until she uploads the new chapter
Now, she isn't the best... she has mistakes often like everybody does, or i simply say it'd be great to add this or that to what she does, in which case i make a critique, and not to her it's bad, not to hurt her feelings... i do it so she can improve and later on be a great writer, be popular among that style, feel great with herself.

What i'm trying to say here, is that is like food... yeah, food...
You can't really know you like or not something just taking a quick look, you have to taste it.
Even when we think we don't like it, we may be wrong.

Another friend said got inspired when i commented about this, to what she answered:

"To live having seen only one kind of art in your life is to sit in front of an unchanging window. Of course, the scenery changes every season, but in the end you only get a small taste of what the world has to offer..."

So, don't you think it's true?
That we always try to stay 'safe' on what we know, that most of the times we don't care about something just because of it's looks, because it's too big, because it's unknown... Don't you think that behind every art piece there's a feeling hidden somewhere... a reason to make it, that maybe even the one who did it doesn't know it... but it may be discovered by someone else; and that 'someone' might be you. Yes, you.

So give them a chance, give you a chance to change your mind about art appreciation... Try it, and you wont regret it.


Now i'd like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I know it's long, but it's an interesting fact about art.

I hope i gave you a good reason to take a look at everything around you now, and not only to see what you already know.
